Taylor Theis is the Director of Consumer Sales and Marketing for Résonance, Maison Louis
Jadot’s first project outside of Burgundy in Oregon. Taylor grew up in Central California,
traveled extensively as a professional dancer, and lived abroad in London. She holds a bachelor’s
degree from Fresno State and a master’s degree from the University of Oregon. With over a
decade of leading consumer sales and hospitality programs in the wine industry, her tenure
includes Lange Estate, Elk Cove Vineyards, and Jackson Family Wines. Taylor’s leadership at
Résonance, joining the team in 2023, blends creativity with strategic thinking, driving the brand's
growth and reputation in Oregon and beyond. An avid enthusiast for collecting art, hiking, and
gardening, Taylor resides in the Willamette Valley with her husband.
