With more than 18 years in the food and beverage industry, Juan Coronado has built an impeccable reputation as an award- winning mixologist and entrepreneur. Coronado began his hospitality career as the champagne sommelier for the prestigious Bubble Lounge in New York and San Francisco, served as the cocktail innovator for Chef Jose Andres’ Think Food Group, and most recently, held the position of National Brand Ambassador at Bacardi. Coronado has been friends for decades with fifth generation Maestro Mezcalero Juan Coronel, who produces Tres Tribus mezcal in the remote mountains of Oaxaca.
