In this interactive, hands-on session, we will explore the use of wines and how they can create balance and depth in your cocktail program. We'll explore the role of vermouth beyond the Manhattan and the Martini. We will experiment with how to incorporate wine into syrups. Finally, the use of common wine acids, tannins, and additives and their potential use in cocktail development. Attendees will be given bar equipment to take home with them.
