Demae is an accomplished land use planner with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As
a Principal and Division Manager of the Planning Division at Summit Engineering, Demae has
managed hundreds of projects in various markets, with a particular focus on the winery and
hospitality industries. With a background in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Design,
she also has a particular eye for master planning and facility design, as well as extensive
knowledge in land use planning, design entitlement processing and construction management,
and advanced comprehension of Sonoma, Napa, Solano, and Merced County guidelines.
