Lynn LaChapelle is the founder and CEO of Domaine Artefact Vineyard & Winery in Escondido, California. Since 2007, she has overseen every aspect of the winery's growth, from selecting Rhône varietals to expanding production from 700 cases in 2013 to over 2,600 cases by 2023. Lynn manages all facets of the business, including branding, hospitality, wine production, and marketing, while also leading educational and experiential events at the winery.

In addition to her work at Domaine Artefact, Lynn serves as Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she has led over $10 billion in real estate transactions since establishing the San Diego office in 2007. She is a certified WSET Level 3 and is currently pursuing her French Wine Scholar certification to further deepen her wine expertise. Recognized as a “Power Broker” and one of San Diego Business Journal's “50 Women over 50,” Lynn continues to combine her passion for wine with her real estate leadership, driving success in both fields.
