Molly Brooks manages the beverage program at Club 33 and 21 Royal, exclusive fine dining experiences in Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California. She has worked in fine wine retail and events,wine sales & distribution,wine importing, and restaurants throughout Southern California. She is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is WSET Leve III Certified, in addition to being a French Wine Scholar, Spanish Wine Scholar, Sherry Scholar and Certified Cicerone. She has consulted on restaurant wine programs, private tastings, andother wine-focused events through BarWeThereYet Wine Consulting. She holds a Master’s degree in history from San Diego State University and a BA in history from Pitzer College. She’s always in pursuit of life’s gastronomic and intellectual pleasures!
