Lisa Lambertus, CSW, currently holds the position of North American Manager for Rathbone
Wine Group. RWG includes beautiful, historic cool-climate Australian properties, Yering Station
and Mount Langi Ghiran.

Lisa began her career in wholesale management before starting a brokerage company covering
the State of Colorado . In her 21 years as the owner of Performance Marketing, she represented
over a dozen importer and winery clients from every wine region in the world. After selling her
company, Lisa went to work for several prominent California producers in the role of National
and Division sales, before meeting the Rathbone family in 2022.

Inspired by their vision to make wines that exemplify the terroir and elegance of the Yarra
Valley, and the Grampians, she has set to work on introducing these wines to the North
American wine drinker. She has a passion for communicating the nuance of fine Australian
wines and loves seeing the joy wine consumers find in the discoveries from this country. She
holds a Certified Specialist of Wine credential and has decades of wine travel and education to
share.
