During this immersive experience, guests will be offered the opportunity to temporarily occlude their eyesight and delve into their other senses. 

This tasting is not an ordinary tasting; it brings a new meaning to tasting wine and spirits. Dr. Hoby Wedler, blind since birth, will guide guests through a conversation of wine and spirits as an art form, a few aroma samples to warm up and charge our aromatic vocabularies, and walk guests through a detailed tasting experience of two wines, one liqueur, and two spirits. Dr. Wedler will co-present Tasting in the Dark with Jackie Summers, the founder of Sorel Liqueur and long-time friend and client of Dr. Wedler. We are thrilled to present this experience. 

Following Tasting in the Dark, guests will be welcomed to a dinner experience where the beverages we tasted in the dark will continue to be enjoyed throughout the evening.
