Ben Foster joins us from the Yellowstone Club, a private ski and golf resort in Big Sky, Montana. There he oversees the beverage program for 11 restaurants on property. Ben’s career in the industry began nearly 20 years ago, as a server at a small ski resort in Maine, where he is originally from. Since then, he has held nearly every job in the restaurant
industry, from back-wait to general manager to his current role as the beverage director at the Yellowstone Club. For many years, Ben would spend his winters in the mountains of Colorado, and his summers on the coast of Maine managing a small restaurant group, chasing the seasons. Since 2019 Ben, his wife and two small children, have made
their home in Big Sky country, Montana.
