Jean Thomas Doublet is a third-generation producer from Entre-deux-Mers. After a successful career as an IT project manager in a national bank, he now combines his creative passion with the pleasures of nature by helping his brother Alexandre manage their historical vineyard, Château Vignol, which has been rooted in the Bordeaux area since the end of the 18th century. South of Bordeaux, on the left bank of the Garonne, their Château Tour de Calens and its tower command a 12-hectare vineyard anchored in the gravel soils and deep gray sands of the Graves appellation. As manager and director of sales, Jean Thomas continues to strengthen relationships internationally. In addition to Tour de Calens and Vignol, he also helps manage Château Saint-Ange in Saint-Emilion.
