Chinese and Japanese Wine Seminar, Lecture and tasting of 4 Chinese wines (3 reds and 1 white) and 4 Japanese wines (1 red and 3 whites) Objective: Introducing Unknown Asian Wine, Chinese and Japanese, to SommCon Wine Professionals. Learning Outcome: Gaining basic knowledge of Viticulture and Vinification of those two regions, and experiencing different grape varietals and styles of these Asian wines.
