I’m Vinny Spatafore, the Beverage Director for Blue Bridge Hospitality, where I have the privilege of curating innovative and exciting cocktail menus for multiple venues, including Stake Chophouse & Bar, Bottle Craft in Liberty Station and coming soon The Avenue Fish + Oyster Company. My approach to beverage creation blends creativity with tradition, ensuring that each drink is a perfect complement to the dining experience while also standing on its own as a unique offering.

From crafting signature cocktails for an upscale steakhouse to introducing new flavors at Bottle Craft and developing menus for the upcoming Avenue, I thrive on exploring the endless possibilities within the world of drinks. My goal is to transform every sip into something memorable, whether it's with a classic cocktail given a modern twist or a bold new concoction that sparks curiosity.
