Colleen has over 25-years' experience in strategy, marketing, insights, and innovation for both retail and foodservice markets. Throughout her career, she has worked to translate trends and insights into profitable actions across all food and beverage categories. Currently, Colleen is a Managing Director with Datassential. She is a certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW) and Diploma from Wine Spirit Education Trust (DipWSET). She holds an MBA in International Business, MS in Managing Information Systems, and a BS in Neurobiology and Physiology.
