Indigo Zuber began their journey in hospitality at the young age of 14 and has spent over a decade growing within the industry. Their passion for wine was sparked early at home, where pairing wine with family dinners laid the foundation for a deep appreciation and curiosity. That early interest evolved into a career, beginning at Larsen’s Steakhouse, where they spent five years rising through the ranks from host to fine dining server.
Indigo went on to serve as Assistant General Manager at Eden on Brand in Los Angeles for four years, further strengthening their leadership and operational skills. Following a move to Las Vegas, they joined the Wynn, where they transitioned from manager to sommelier—earning three wine certifications in under a year.
Now based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Indigo is the Senior Manager at Sexy Roman, an Italian steakhouse concept where they continue to blend a love of wine, leadership, and guest experience. A proud SommCon Scholarship Recipient and current liaison between mentors and scholarship recipients, Indigo is passionate about giving back to the community that helped shape their path. They remain committed to lifelong learning and are honored to be part of the ever-evolving world of wine and hospitality.
