Monika Bielka-Vescovi is a distinguished international wine professional with deep expertise in wine education, business, and hospitality. A WSET Diploma holder, she formerly served as Director of Education at the Napa Valley Wine Academy, specializing in Wine Business, Champagne, Rioja, and WSET certifications. Monika has lectured and mentored students around the world, sharing her expertise across the United States, Poland, Ukraine, and Hungary.

She is the founder and honorary President of the Polish Women and Wine Association, where she has been instrumental in shaping the modern wine industry in Poland. Monika also founded and directed the prestigious wine school Szkoła Sommelierów, earning accolades such as the Best Female Entrepreneur Award from Law Business Quality Magazine and the Polish Women of Wine Award for her contributions.

With a strong background in hospitality, Monika has held roles as a beverage director and wine trainer for Six Senses Resorts and Spas in Asia and has managed fine dining establishments in the United States. She currently serves as Vice President of PR and Education and National Marketing Director for Women for WineSense, and mentors rising professionals through the Bâtonnage Forum.

A Stage 2 candidate in the Institute of Masters of Wine program, Monika remains dedicated to advancing her leadership and expertise within the global wine community.
