Selecting Your Pass Type

In order to attend educational seminars, you must have a Full Conference or Single Day Conference Pass. If you plan to attend only the Beverage Expo (trade tasting), register for an Expo Only pass. 

Seminar Selection

Early seminar selection will be available in February and notifications will be sent as additional sessions become available. Attendees who are pre-registered prior to the agenda becoming available will have first access to seminar selection. 

You must select seminars prior to your arrival on site at SommCon to guarantee your seat. You may make changes to your session selections up until you arrive onsite. You may not be granted access to seminars for which you have not pre-registered.

Corporate Group Registrations

Discounted pricing is available for corporate groups purchasing 5 or more Full Conference registrations. Use code CrpGrp10 (case sensitive) during registration to save 10%. Registration for all team members must be completed during the same transaction for the code to apply. 

Attendee Requirements

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Please bring a valid photo ID when you arrive at registration on site. 

SommCon is a business event for professionals and organizations in beverage alcohol. Verification of your professional credentials and/or industry affiliation may be required upon registration. 

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for transactions above $300. Your registration fee will be split into two equal payments, with 50% due at the time of registration and 50% due in 30 days.

You will not be able to select seminars until your balance is paid in full. Any balance due onsite will be required before access to the event is allowed. If the event sells out, pass holders with an overdue balance may be cancelled to allow for waitlist attendees to register.
