Thomas Figures has been in the alcohol beverage industry for over 18 years working with the largest
wine and spirits suppliers in the industry. He has worked for and/or called on the largest distributor
networks in the United States. Currently he is the Division Manager of a Fine Wine Division for a large
California based wine supplier. As a big believer of Diversity & Inclusion, he has always used the motto
of “Lifting As We Climb” to discover and expose people of color to the exciting and ever evolving alcohol
beverage industry.
