Michael manages a team of sales leaders in the grocery retail chain division for RNDC across the state of
Georgia. Coaching and developing leaders, maintaining positive revenue growth, and building
relationships are essential in the adult-beverage industry and are areas where he thrives and lives out his
passion every day.
Michael holds a bachelor degree in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University and
an MBA in International Business from Mercer University and has over 18 years of experience in the
adult-beverage industry where he’s held numerous positions. Starting as a sales rep in 2004 Michael
advanced several times to roles including District manager, Chain account manager (CAM) and Area
manager. Michael also serves on the board of RNDC’s ARG (Associate Resource Group) SOUL as the
Commerce Committee Lead and serves as a board member for BLAC (Black Leadership Alliance Council)
that focuses on career advancement and development for associates of color within RNDC.
Michael is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and now resides in Atlanta, GA. He enjoys traveling the world with
his wife enjoying beautiful full-bodied wines and spending time with his daughter and two
grandchildren. He is also an avid reader and football fan.
