The magazine was created in May of 2007 by Meridith May and Anthony Dias Blue. In 2020 Publisher/Editor-in-Chief Meridith May took over the helm with Anthony Dias Blue staying on as Senior Editor. The Tasting Panel team is comprised of editors and writers from across the globe.
