Randy Caparoso is a wine journalist and photographer living in Lodi, California. He is author of Lodi!, The Definitive Guide and History of America's Largest Winegrowing Region (KitchenCinco Press, 2022), Editor-at-Large for The SOMM Journal, and writes for the Lodi Winegrape Commission. He has been a published wine journalist since 1981, when he began writing a biweekly wine column for his hometown daily newspaper, The Honolulu Advertiser.
