Joshua Carlos comes to Lyre’s with over ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry. At an early age, he set out to make his mark in the industry; meanwhile finding his love and passion for travel and culture. He has since managed and consulted in Latin America and the South Pacific on a wide range of projects from distilleries, hotels, and food and beverage outlets. From his most recent roles of brand ambassador, On Premise Management, and Treasurer of USBG; Joshua created his niche and reputation based upon the core value of hospitality. As an individual with a passion for making an impact, he is known as an activist for growth within and for the community through creativity, education, and mentorship.

Joshua brings a breadth of knowledge to Lyre’s including cocktail creation, historical referencing, and unique training abilities to engage diverse audiences. Furthermore, having influence in the on premise and zeal, Joshua will serve as Lyre’s cornerstone for the Western Region of the United States.
