Constantin Alexander has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry. He has worked for the world’s best restaurant companies, managed world class and highly successful restaurants, and dedicated his career to constant and continuing beverage education.
Alexander started his career with Clyde’s Restaurant Group in Reston, Virginia. From there, he moved to Morton’s Restaurant Group where he became the youngest corporate trainer in company history. At a very young age, he fell in love with wine & spirits it quickly became his passion that he still carries today. After spending a few years helping his family with their gourmet food stores and restaurants, Alexander landed his first fine dining management role with renowned James Beard award winning chef Bob Kinkead.
In 2006, he moved to Las Vegas to expand his career in the entertainment capital of the world. Alexander polished his management skills working for Jean- Georges Vongerichten at Bellagio, Charlie Palmer at The Four Seasons, as well as taking the General Manager role at Morels French Steakhouse at The Palazzo.
In 2011 he joined Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises at Mon Ami Gabi. His contribution to continuing wine and spirits education as well as operational organization, helped increase the sales of one of the busiest restaurants in the country to $32 million dollars a year.
Alexander joined Hakkasan Group in January of 2014 and quickly moved up within the company to the position of Director of Beverage - Hakkasan Group (US). There he oversees the world class wine and spirits programs for the North American outlets. Alexander’s passion for the beverage industry is right at home at Hakkasan, where only the absolute best is good enough
