Showcasing nearly two decades of hospitality experience, Faith Fulginiti brings her esteemed knowledge in viticulture to the nationally acclaimed wine program at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in San Diego.
With roots in California, Fulginiti is returning to her home state after two years as head bartender and seven years as sommelier within Del Frisco’s flagship New York City location. Responsible for helping to facilitate the restaurant’s $8 million wine program (awarded in Wine Spectator, New York Times, Bloomberg Pursuits), she applies her dedication for upscale food and beverage experiences in embodying the rich tradition of the classic American steakhouse. As a Certified Sommelier, Fulginiti helped to guide over 75 candidates in passing the Level 1 Court of Masters within Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. She was also integral in securing the restaurant’s 2017 Wine Spectator Grand Award, the outlet’s most coveted wine program distinction which only 91 restaurants in the world have achieved. Alongside her belief that education and mentorship are central to creating a successful team, she strives to make wine more accessible for enthusiasts of all stages in her role as Wine Director of the West Coast’s first Del Frisco’s locale.
