Enjoy Campari and Fernet Amaro tasting bars and an educational exploration of the beloved digestif as well as a aperitivo-style cocktail bar with Vistal’s signature twists. Amaro’s featured for tasting include Averna, Cynar, Braulio, Fernet Branca, Branca Menta, and Sardinian Mirto.  Guests will be welcomed with a special Garibaldi cocktail as Chef Amy DiBiase showcases her Italian roots and cooking style with a Sardinian food display as a perfect accompaniment. Featuring a curated spread of Sardinian cheese and seadas, Sicilian charcuterie, saffron and anise pizzelles, this is an excellent pre-dinner experience prior to heading to one of the many San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival events held throughout the evening.
