A  blind tasting and discussion on the merits and faults of older Cabernet based wines from the ‘70’s, 80’s, ‘90’s & 2000’s. Does Brett give an enhancement to the wine? Are California Cabernet’s made like this anymore. Are styles and trends shifting back to lighter, less alcohol wines like the past? We will explore several wines all blind with a ringer from Bordeaux to see if anyone can find it in the group.
