There are a multitude of vessel options available for aging and fermenting wine but how much impact do they really have on wine style? This tasting focused seminar will feature six wines aged in a variety of vessels, from amphora to concrete, different oak varieties Austrian, Chestnust, French barrique and steel and in bottle under the sea. What characteristics and impacts do these choices impart on the wines?
