As Senior Director of Vino Volo, the popular airport wine bar concept with locations across North America, she’s committed to elevating guests’ experiences, edifying the team, and scaling the brand globally by blending storytelling with operational rigor to deliver consistency, profitability, and cultural relevance across diverse markets.
She has shaped international wine and adult-beverage initiatives spanning menu strategy, training, partnerships, and compliance with a focus on making wine, beer, and spirits feel approachable, culturally relevant, and rooted in place. 
She is an Advisory Board member for SommCon and a member of the Les Dames d'Escoffier International - Atlanta Chapter. In recognition of her work to redefine wine culture and empower a new generation of wine lovers, she was named to the inaugural cohort of Wine Enthusiast Magazine Future 40.
Larissa is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators, holds Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 3, and is a Champagne Master (Level) with the Wine Scholar Guild.
