João Rebelo was born in Porto, Portugal. Through his family and friends, he was introduced since young age to the Douro Region and the wine production. Educated in Porto, João graduated from Universidade Católica in Porto in 1998 in Business Administration. Later in 2005, he graduated from ESADE holding a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Barcelona, Spain. Before joining The Fladgate Partnership, his 22-year professional career was developed in a multinational company, the first 5 years in the financial area and the remaining years in the Sales & Marketing area. João has lived in South Africa, US, Canada and Spain.
João occupies the position of Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for The Fladgate Partnership’s wines in North America.
