Born in the capital of gastronomy in Spain, San Sebastian, Ane is a food and wine lover.
She studied Chemistry and Enology to get all the technical knowledge behind it, and then travelled
around the world to different wine countries, such as Australia, New Zealand, the US or France. There,
she understood how climate, culture and environment affect the differentwinemaking techniques.
She is now the Wine Ambassador in J GARCÍA CARRIÓN for the US market, in charge of understanding
the trends of the market and offering what’s best from the company to fulfill the market needs.
