Noel Basso oversees all winemaking at Oak Ridge Winery. Having spent most of his winemaking career in corporate winemaking, he is excited to have a more hands on approach at a family owned operation where he can apply his understanding of crafting quality wine by growing quality grapes.

His passion for wine began at CSU Fresno where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition with an emphasis on wine production. When not at the winery, you can catch him in the great outdoors. He is an enthusiast of stand up paddle boarding and kayaking in the Monterey Bay and even likes kicking up some dirt on a nice bike ride in Lodi Wine Country.
