Speaker Bio
Sachiko was born in Alaska, and spent her youth in Japan. After 14 years in the service industry in Seattle, she moved to Boston, where she found her passion for spreading the love of sake. Her experience includes Director of Marketing at Cedar River Brewing Company, a micro sake brewery in Seattle. Joining Sake School of America as an instructor has helped further her education in both Sake and Shochu to the next level.
